Hole 8 - Wood Farm
A very testing hole. The tee shot needs to be placed as close to the right side of the fairway as you dare thereby giving the optimum chance of hitting the green with the approach. The green is protected by bunkers both left and right and slopes from right to left and from front to rear. The men play this hole as Stroke Index 1 and the women as a par 5. It is worth looking back from the fairway, to see Battersea Power Station and the New Wembley between the trees in the distance.
